Welcome to Sundarban Eco Travels! By booking a tour or using our website/services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be made before or at the time of tour departure.

• We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and secure online gateways.

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Guest:

  • 7+ days before the tour: 80% refund.

  • 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund.

• Cancellation by Sundarban Eco Travels:

  • Full refund will be issued or the tour will be rescheduled, in case of unavoidable situations like natural calamities or government restrictions.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• All inclusions/exclusions are clearly mentioned in the respective tour packages.

• Any personal expenses, drinks, permits for foreign nationals, and unforeseen costs due to delays/weather are not included unless specified.

4. Child Policy

• Children aged 1–4 years: Free of charge.

• Children aged 4–8 years: 50% of adult rate.

• Children aged above 8 years: Full charge.

5. Responsibilities of Guests

• Guests must carry valid government ID proof during the tour.

• Foreign nationals must carry their original passport and visa.

• Respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment.

• Follow the instructions provided by the tour guide or forest department during safaris.

6. Health & Safety

• Inform us in advance of any medical condition, allergy, or special dietary needs.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings.

• We provide basic first-aid, and a doctor-on-call is available if required.

7. Tour Changes

• The company reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary due to weather, tide, forest permissions, or safety concerns.

• Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and we will provide alternatives wherever possible.

8. Liability

• Sundarban Eco Travels shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage to person/property during the tour.

  • Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, or government restrictions.

• Travel insurance is not included; guests are encouraged to arrange their own if needed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and videos, is the property of Sundarban Eco Travels. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
